I am a Mommy to 2 1/2yr old Identical Twin Boys

Posted in Group:

Oh and I'm a full time Mom so no breaks for this chick, nope.

Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my kids (these are my first and last) but they are just pushing every single button and even ones I didn't even know I had lately. I know it's normal for their age but for goodness sakes, any one out there that can relate to the life of caring for 2 terrible 2yr old twin boys without loosing your mind?

I'm all ears (eyes rather lol)

Thanks,
k

Terrible twos is right. I have plenty of second cousins that I was around and nephews when they were that age and it is always like that they want to see how much they can do without getting punished. They are still learning and they are seeing how much they can get away with. The main thing is to let them run around and be kids but when they need to learn right from wrong you need to step in. Keep them in a structured routine and give them plenty of guidance and you will get through this stage too but only to get to age 3 when they start to spitting at you and age 4 when they try to talk back to you and age 5 when they want to totally disregard you. There is a stage at every age. Just get good support in your life and always make time for you each day, because if you are not happy and healthy, none of your family will be. Stay strong.
